Rebecca Blatt Thonet

Dr. Thonet received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY. She is licensed as both an Audiologist and as a Hearing Aid Dispenser for the State of New Jersey.

Dr. Thonet received her clinical training in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing at Syracuse University, with clinical placements including the Syracuse City School District and several local hospitals, private Audiology practices and Ear, Nose and Throat offices. She completed her training in New Jersey at the Children's Specialized Hospital.

Dr. Thonet takes a particular interest in diagnostic audiology for children and adults, including Evoked Potentials and balance testing. In addition to performing complete audiometric evaluations and counseling for each patient and their families, Dr. Thonet also dispenses and customizes the latest digital hearing aids, FM systems and Bluetooth solutions based on each individual's needs. She has recently had the pleasure of training several students from Montclair

State University in the field of Audiology. Dr. Thonet is a currently a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
